Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for downloadable products, digital books, journals, teachings, courses, workshops, or program materials once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Programs & Courses

Enrollment in digital programs, courses, mentorship spaces, workshops, or educational offerings is non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Physical Products

For future physical products, refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be considered in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require proof of damage or issue.

Shipping Issues

Divine Meraki Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of operational control.
